TOKYO (Reuters) – Five Japanese utilities’ plans to raise household electricity prices from April 1, as requested to the government, are likely to be pushed back, Jiji news agency reported on Friday.
The five utilities are Tohoku Electric Power Co, Hokuriku Electric Power Co, Chugoku Electric Power, Okinawa Electric Power and Shikoku Electric Power, Jiji said.
