BERLIN (Reuters) – Danish logistics company DSV’s 14-billion-euro ($15.45 billion) acquisition of DB Schenker, the rail logistics arm of German state railway Deutsche Bahn, will be announced early on Friday, two sources familiar with the matter told Reuters on Thursday.
Deutsche Bahn’s supervisory board is likely to approve the deal on Sept. 27, company sources said.
