KAMPALA (Reuters) – The Ugandan shilling traded flat against the dollar on Wednesday, with some inflows of hard currency from Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) providing support, traders said.
At 0918 GMT commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,685/3,695, same level as Tuesday’s close.
