ROME (Reuters) – French telecoms group Vivendi has reduced its stake in Telecom Italia (TIM) from 23.9% to 19.3% as of March 18, Italy’s market regulator Consob said in a filing on Monday.
Vivendi had announced the disinvestment on Friday, adding that after March 18 it had further reduced its stake in TIM to 18.37%.
