KAMPALA (Reuters) – The Ugandan shilling was flat on Wednesday, drawing some support from non-governmental organisation dollar inflows, traders said.
At 0913 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,660/3,670, the same level as Wednesday’s close.
