Bank of Italy confirms countercyclical capital buffer for banks at zero for Q2

MILAN (Reuters) – The Bank of Italy said on Friday it had confirmed its countercyclical capital buffer (CCyB) for the country’s lenders at zero for the second quarter of this year.

The level is “appropriate to the current macro-financial environment”, the central bank said in a statement.
