HANOI (Reuters) -Vietnam’s Vingroup plans to invest 373.8 trillion dong ($14 bln) in a seaport and logistics centre in the city of Haiphong in the country’s north, it said in a filing.
The project is to be developed over three stages up to 2040, the company said in a filing to the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
Vingroup will mobilise 85% of the money needed for the project, with the remaining 15% self-funded, according to the filing.
