Russia held talks with some OPEC+ members on oil production cut

MOSCOW (Reuters) – The Kremlin said on Friday that Russia had held talks with some members of the OPEC+ group regarding its decision to cut oil production by 500,000 barrels per day in March.

A Russian government source told Reuters earlier on Friday that it had not formally consulted with the OPEC+ group before making its decision.
