BERLIN (Reuters) – Two people were slightly injured in an explosion at a site in Hanover belonging to German car parts maker Continental, a spokesperson for the fire brigade said on Thursday.
A further five people were being examined after several windows were shattered on the top floor of a building in the blast, said a spokesperson, adding firefighters were responding to the incident.
Local newspaper HAZ said the explosion took place at the company’s Vahrenwald site.
