Zijin Mining pauses some operations in Kamoa-Kakula copper mine

BEIJING (Reuters) -Chinese miner Zijin said it paused some operations in its Kamoa-Kakula copper mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo due to recent mine tremors of unknown cause, according to a stock exchange filing by the company on Friday.

Relevant people and equipments have been evacuated from the mines affected, and no injuries have occurred, the company said.
